Housing object to be built on nine state-owned locations in Hipodrom

The Ministry of Transport and Communications, today has announced a public call for sale of state construction land in the Skopje settlement Hipodrom, foreseen for construction of housing buildings and commercial as well as business facilities.

The housing objects is planned to be build on nine locations covering an area of         2.062 to 5.021 square meters, with total area of 27.822 square meters.

  The initial price for this construction land is  3.500 MKD/m2, whereby the interested companies in participation at the public bidding should submit an application with a proof for paid deposit in amount of 10% of the initial price for certain area of the construction lot.

The companies can apply at the public bidding for one or several of the locations.

       The applications for participation at the public bidding can be submitted by 20 January at the latest, whereby the public bidding shall take place on 27 January.

The area of the commercial and business facilities is foreseen to be 2.280 m2 and the initial price of this land is 5.400 MKD/m2. Companies interested in these facilities should submit an application and proof for paid deposit in amount of 10% of the initial price for certain area of the construction lot.

The public bidding shall take place on January 28, whereby the applications are to be submitted by January 21.       

      The construction of the foreseen facilities, i.e. the housing objects and the commercial and business facilities shall not only envigour this part of Skopje, but also shall provide additional housing area with certain competitive prices that shall lead to stimulation of the competitiveness in the real estate market, said today at the press-conference, the spokesman of the Ministry, Mr. Dragan Simonovski.
