Born on May 9, 1988, in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.
Nationality: Albanian.
She completed her primary and secondary education in Skopje, and in 2009 graduated from the Faculty of Law at the South East European University in Tetovo, Republic of North Macedonia.
Since July 2024, she has been serving as the Deputy Minister of Transport.
Previously, from May 2023 to December 2023, she served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at "Mother Teresa" University in Skopje.
In 2012, she earned the title Master of Civil Law from the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, and in 2020 obtained the title Doctor of Legal Sciences from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus,” at the same university.
From 2016 to 2020, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences at “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje. Before that, from 2010 to 2016, she served as a spokesperson at the Municipality of Čair in Skopje.
Her professional career began in 2008–2009 as a teacher at “Petar Zdravkovski Penko” Primary School in Skopje. From 2009 to 2015, she worked as an Assistant at the Faculty of Law at the State University of Tetovo.
